Refund policy
All full priced merchandise may be Returned if they are unused and its original packaging. Items must be back in our office within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If we receive a tablecloth returned unfolded, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please double check the size you need for your tables before purchasing. We recommend getting a swatch if you want to be sure of the color you are purchasing.
If a return is received outside of the 14 day time frame, we will contact the customer to offer to send item back at their expense or mark item as abandoned.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE: and are therefore not eligible to be Returned/Refunded/Exchanged.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipping.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will gladly replace your unused, damaged goods along with a prepaid return envelope if we are notified within 5 days of receipt of item/s.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
REFUNDS:
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IF YOUR PACKAGE GOT LOST IN TRANSIT:
Please contact us asap so we can try and locate it. If it's lost, we will replace your order as long as it's in stock. If product is out of stock, we will refund you.
IF YOUR PACKAGE STATES DELIVERED BY SHIPPING COMPANY BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT:
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. You can call shipping company or re-order. it is NOT our responsibility to replace or refund your order.

We are currently not providing return labels.
